Michael Knickerbocker, CEO/CSO of AIG Aerospace, brings over 20 years of executive leadership from the US Navy (ret Commander), where he directed high-stakes technical and programmatic initiatives in surface warfare and operational planning, managing cross-functional teams to execute complex projects, enhance operational readiness, and foster strategic discussions at senior levels. As a founder and consultant in the defense technology sector, he has guided more than 20 companies through business development and advisory roles, demonstrating exceptional management skills in building teams, integrating innovative solutions, and navigating acquisition processes. His proven expertise in analyzing emerging technologies and securing funding through investor networks and government programs equips him to driving forward-thinking advancements in the aerospace industry.

Maceo Remy

Creative and strategic in equal measure, Maceo Remy brings fresh approach to growth and operations. Founding AIG Aerospace based on a business model which acquires proven concepts of efficient technology which are “on the shelf” and combining them with effective industrialization practices based on the venerated Deming manufacturing principles and Value Chain analysis. Previously projects in financial innovation, developing physical opportunities in energy in electricity, ethanol, petroleum fuel exploiting quickly moving arbitrage scenarios and commodity focused blockchain structures. Also developing innovative initiatives and companies in renewable fuel trading, advanced miniature nuclear energy, with a history as consultant for fortune 500 software agencies. He has operated internationally in consulting roles in the southern hemisphere and is a proponent of the industrial renaissance utilizing AI, advanced robotics and effectively industrializing the innovation class globally.

Oliver Garrow

Oliver Garrow serves as CTO and Head of Research & Development at AIG Aerospace, bringing decades of pioneering expertise in advanced VTOL aircraft design and building manufacturing teams. A unique hybrid of engineer with twenty years experience and inventor he’s the original designer of the revolutionary T-Wing drone. He has driven breakthroughs in box-wing and joined-wing configurations that deliver exceptional lift-to-weight ratios, extended range, hyper agility, and superior survivability. A multi-disciplinary engineer with mastery in composites, aerospace mechanics, electronics, controls, and flight testing, Oliver has built and demonstrated over a dozen innovative VTOL prototypes, conducted extensive NASA wind tunnel testing at Ames Research Center, and holds multiple patents in manned and unmanned aircraft systems.

He brings deep expertise in legal strategy, compliance, and risk management from his background in complex litigation and regulatory matters. Lester Dempsey is a dedicated US Navy veteran and award-winning educator passionate about inspiring students in STEM fields. An educator in engineering and robotics, he taught structural, electrical, and mechanical engineering, robotics, drones, and 3D printing while mentoring young engineers for professional careers.

With prior experience teaching math and engineering across Mississippi districts, he holds advanced degrees including a Master’s in Cyber Security from Mississippi State, Master’s in Entrepreneurship, and Master’s in Educational Leadership. Certified in SolidWorks, IC3, and robot operations, Lester excels in leadership, mentoring, and public speaking.

Recognized as Technology Teacher of the Year (multiple times), Life Changer of the Year (2025), and past president of the Mississippi Engineering Teacher Association, he strives to motivate others to achieve their best.
